Itineraries

Day 1

Arrival in Delhi

Upon your arrival at Delhi airport, our representative holding a placard with your name will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 2

Delhi City Tour

After breakfast, embark on a guided sightseeing tour of Delhi. Begin with Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque, followed by a visit to the bustling Chandni Chowk and its vibrant spice market—where you’ll enjoy a traditional rickshaw ride. Next, explore the majestic Red Fort and pay homage at Raj Ghat, the memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. Discover the architectural beauty of Humayun’s Tomb, admire the serene Lotus Temple of the Baha’i faith, and marvel at the medieval craftsmanship of Qutub Minar. Your tour will also include a drive past iconic landmarks such as the Parliament House, President’s Residence, and India Gate. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax or explore on your own. Overnight stay at your hotel in Delhi.

Day 3

Delhi to Agra

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Agra, a city renowned for its magnificent Mughal-era monuments, including the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikri—all UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and freshen up before starting your sightseeing tour. Visit the iconic Taj Mahal, a timeless symbol of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. (Please note: The Taj Mahal is closed every Friday.) Next, explore the impressive Agra Fort, constructed by Emperor Akbar, and visit the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, often called the “Jewel Box” or “Baby Taj,” considered a precursor to the Taj Mahal. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Agra.

Day 4

Taj Mahal sunrise visit, then proceed to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri and Chand Baori.

Early this morning, you have the option to visit the Taj Mahal again at sunrise for a magical experience. Afterward, return to your hotel to freshen up and enjoy breakfast. Post breakfast, you will depart for Jaipur, the Pink City. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, the impressive deserted red sandstone city built by Mughal Emperor Akbar, followed by a stop at Chand Baori, a remarkable stepwell located in Abhaneri village. With 3,500 narrow steps descending over 13 stories and reaching about 30 meters (100 feet) deep, Chand Baori is one of India’s largest and deepest stepwells. Upon arrival in Jaipur, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 5

Jaipur City Tour & Transfer to Delhi

After breakfast, you will visit the Amber Fort, nestled in the Aravalli Hills and built in the 16th century by Raja Man Singh. Here, you may opt for an elephant ride. Then, visit the stunning Jal Mahal, or Water Palace, followed by the iconic Hawa Mahal, Jaipur’s famous Palace of Winds. In the afternoon, explore the City Palace and Museum, a beautiful blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture designed by Maharaja Jai Singh. Nearby, you will find Jantar Mantar, an impressive astronomical observatory. The rest of the day is at your leisure for rest or shopping in Jaipur’s lively markets, renowned for their handicrafts and exquisite gold and diamond jewelry. By evening you will be transferred back to Delhi. Overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 6

Delhi to Haridwar

After breakfast, drive to the sacred city of Haridwar. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, one of the most renowned spiritual rituals in India. Held at sunset, the ceremony features priests performing prayers with three-tiered lamps and fire bowls, accompanied by the rhythmic chanting of Ganga mantras and the ringing of temple bells—creating a divine and unforgettable ambiance. Devotees also float diyas (lamps) in the holy river as a sign of reverence. Later, explore Bara Bazar, the vibrant local market, where you can browse for Rudraksha beads, ayurvedic products, traditional ornaments, and handcrafted items in the narrow, bustling lanes. Overnight stay at the hotel in Haridwar.

Day 7

Haridwar Rishikesh City Tour

Start your day with an optional early morning visit to Har Ki Pauri for prayers and a holy dip in the River Ganges, followed by breakfast. Then visit some of Haridwar’s sacred sites including Maya Devi Temple, Daksh Prajapati Temple, Anandamayee Ashram, the unique Parad (Mercury) Shivling in Kankhal, and Bharat Mata Mandir. Take a ropeway ride to the hilltop temples of Chandi Devi and Mansa Devi, famous Siddh Peethas offering stunning views of the city. In the afternoon, transfer to Rishikesh, known for its spiritual ashrams and beautiful river views. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and visit Laxman Jhula (closed for walking), Ram Jhula, and Neer Gaddu Waterfall. Explore Parmarth Niketan Ashram, nestled on the holy Ganga banks amid the Himalayas. In the evening, experience the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat, where hundreds gather to pray as bells ring and chants fill the air. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 8

Rishikesh to Delhi & Transfer to Airport

Start your day early with a breathtaking sunrise over the sacred River Ganga. Take a peaceful walking tour through the tranquil Yoga City, then enjoy a scenic drive of about an hour through vibrant green valleys with panoramic views of the river. After returning to the hotel for breakfast, you will be transferred to Delhi International Airport for your onward flight.
